Ready to make quick salmon salad? Let's dive in! Get your ingredients prepped and let's get cooking!
- Add olive oil to frying pan and bring to heat on medium/high
- Add Salmon fillets and cook to your liking
- Combine mixed salad leaf bag, tomatoes and cumber
- Add pomegranate seeds and toss salad to mix well
- Distribute salad to plates and place salmon fillet on top of each
- Season with salt and pepper and add salad dressing of your choice
- Serve and enjoy
