In a medium saucepan of boiling water cook the pasta for 3 mins. Drain and spread over a baking tray to cool. Melt 30g of the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the Fluor and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until a smooth paste forms. Gradually whisk in cream, stock and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the mixture thinks. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Remove from head and whisk in the cheddar. Season. Stir pasta into the cream mixture. Transfer to a 1.1L glass container. To make the crispy breadcrumbs, in a medium frying pan, melt the remaining 15g of butter over a medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until Golden. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the parsley and salt. Sprinkle the crispy breadcrumbs over the past mixture. Divide among serving plates and serve with mixed salad leaves.
